5. Workmanship Disclaimer
Wheel refurbishment is a restoration process.
Whilst we use professional equipment and high-quality coatings, we cannot guarantee that every wheel can be restored to a factory-new condition.
Certain defects may remain visible after refurbishment, including but not limited to:
- Deep kerb damage
- Previous poor repairs
- Pitting
- Heavy corrosion
- Metal erosion
- Stone chips
- Manufacturing imperfections
- Weld repairs
- Structural distortion
Some cosmetic imperfections may remain after refurbishment due to the original condition of the wheel.
6. Diamond Cut Wheels
Diamond cut wheels have a limited amount of material that can safely be removed.
If a wheel has previously been diamond cut multiple times, it may no longer be suitable for further machining.
Weston Wheels Refurb Ltd reserves the right to refuse refurbishment where safety or quality may be compromised.
7. Colour Matching
We make every effort to match original manufacturer finishes.
However, exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed due to:
- Ageing
- UV exposure
- Previous repairs
- Manufacturer variations
Minor differences may be visible.
8. Tyres
Tyres are removed and refitted with reasonable care.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
- Existing tyre damage
- Weak tyre sidewalls
- Previous puncture repairs
- Tyres that fail during removal due to age or prior condition
Where tyres are found to be unsafe, we may refuse to refit them.
9. TPMS Sensors
Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS) are delicate electronic components.
Although every care is taken, older or seized sensors may fail during removal.
Replacement sensors are chargeable where failure is caused by age, corrosion or existing damage.
10. Wheel Balancing
Wheel balancing is carried out where applicable.
Existing suspension, tyre or vehicle faults may still cause vibration after balancing.
11. Warranty
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our refurbishment process only.
The warranty does not cover:

- Chemical damage

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the work carried out.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
